Premium Listing Terms of Service;

ANNUAL FEE:
The Premium Listing Subscription Service is $49.95 per year (plus applicable tax) billed annually, in advance... payment is managed securely via PayPal.com

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR PREMIUM SERVICE:
Click the "unsubscribe" button above, and you'll be directed to your PayPal account where you can simply unsubscribe from your GVRD.COM Premium Listing subscription, and your annual subscription fee will immediately end. If you have any credit remaining on your account after unsubscribing, your Premium Listing Service will continue until your credit runs out.

UPDATES:
After your initial listing information has been submitted, approved, and uploaded, you can submit updates to your text description for free twice per year.

CONTENT:
TITLE; Preferably in 7 words or less... and no references to being "#1", "the biggest" or "the best", etc... Corporations and Businesses should use their company name as the title. DESCRIPTION; Please keep under 50 words... and no references to being "#1", "the biggest" or "the best".

LIABILITY:
GVRD.COM cannot be held liable for periodic 3rd party web server down-time, which may happen from time-to-time, generally due to maintenance.

WEB TRAFFIC:
GVRD.COM currently receives approx. 1 million visitors per year to its web site. Popularity and web traffic at GVRD.COM vaires from page-to-page and from time of year. GVRD.COM makes no representations or warranties as to the amount of web traffic your web site will receive from our web site.

REMOVAL:
Your web site can be removed from the GVRD.COM directory if your web site content is found to be in violation of the Terms of Service Agreement. Web sites found to contain/promote hate, pornography, crime, hurting of others, or illegal activity, will be removed from GVRD.COM without refund. Your site may also be removed if; your site is off-line for one month or more, or is found to be infected with a virus, or has been found to be replaced by a page with content not related to the directory category, or your business has been judged by an independent arbitrator of the Better Business Bureau to be conducting business in an unethical manner. Premium Listings that unsubscribe from the Premium Listing service will be removed from the directory after their corresponding credit has run out.

REFUNDS:
No refunds, all sales are final.

RENEWALS:
Your Premium Listing subscription service will renew automatically once each year via PayPal's subscription service ... you can end your Premium Listing subscription to GVRD.COM at anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" button above and following directions, or by simply logging into your PayPal account and ending your subscription to our service.
